Effective date: August 21, 2026
Greene Pet Waste Removal LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates greenepetwasteremoval.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or sign up for service, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you request a quote or sign up for service, you provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, service address, and details about your property and pets. If you become a customer, payment information is collected to bill you for service.
Our signup and scheduling process is handled by Sweep&Go, a third party software provider. When you click a signup or pricing button on our website, you are taken to Sweep&Go’s platform, and the information you enter there is collected and stored by them on our behalf. Payment card information is processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers ourselves.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, certain information is collected automatically, including your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you spend on them, the links you click, and the website or ad that referred you.
We collect this using Google Analytics, which uses cookies and similar technologies. We also use Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) advertising tools, which may place cookies to measure whether an ad led to a visit or a signup and to show relevant ads.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information through these analytics and advertising tools.
